Change which Columns are Visible in an Estimate

This guide will teach you how to adjust which columns are visible in the estimating window. The columns that are available vary depending on the level of the Work Breakdown Structure that is selected.

Click the Home tab in the Quick Access Toolbar.

Click Columns in the ribbon.

Alternatively, right click on any column heading and click on Columns.

Both actions open the Select columns window. Click on the Select group drop down arrow to select what group of columns you want to see that are available. Simply check or uncheck the box next to the column name to add or remove it from the estimating window.

Columns can also be removed by grabbing the column heading and dragging it away from the column header bar.
