Activation Error or Unable to Activate Sigma
Sometimes Sigma won’t allow you to activate your license. This guide will teach you how to remove an old activation and reset the licensing so you can activate.

1. | Open Window’s file explorer. | Open start menu, type ‘file explorer’, press enter |
2. | In the address bar of the file explorer, type %appdata% and hit enter. |  |
3. | Double click on Codegroup. |

4. | Find the Sigma version you are using and double click it. |

5. | Delete the folder with random numbers and letters - this contains your license info. (The folder name is different for every license) |

6. | Open Sigma and you’ll be prompted to enter your activation code. |
